Here’s a tip on how to drive traffic to your website:

First of all, you need to submit your property to fusedworld.com. While it’s an international real estate oriented directory, it is very useful in driving the traffic because live links can be placed to your website directly on the listing. And, as some of you already know, linking from related sites, increases your Google.com page rank. So, go to the link below and register.

http://www.fusedworld.com

At the moment it is free to list your property on FW so you have nothing to loose. To submit your property to the directory, hit “list your property for free”, login if you have to. At the bottom of the submission form, there is a field called ‘website link’ - enter your website’s URL there, and submit your listing. Do not forget to upload pictures in the next step. Now, go to ‘activate’ tab and activate your listing using the 3-month free activation option. Once done, your listing will appear on the live site. I believe it will also show up on the front page for a while until new listings arrive. And now for the most important part… Getting to the top of Most Popular Listings on FW, which will increase the traffic flow dramatically, because people always click to see what’s so popular.

At the bottom of the listing you’ve just created you will find a direct link to your property on FW. Copy that link and go to other websites to place more ads for free. The more the better. One of the best places to go is Craig’s List:

http://www.craigslist.org/

Find your town there, and choose ‘real estate for sale’. Enter part of your property description there, upload one photograph, and place a link to your listing on fusedworld.com. That link should look more/less like this:

http://www.fusedworld.com/?00000

Where 00000 is basically ID of your listing on FW.

Now, a lot of people browsing the Craig’s List will click on the link you’ve just placed and will be taken to FW. This will increase the number of times your property is viewed on FW. After about a week or two (depends on the number of clicks), your position on FW will raise, and you will eventually be put in the top 10 most popular listings. And this is where all the fun begins. All listing on the ‘Popular’ tab on FW get like 100 times the normal click rate, so traffic coming to your website will increase exponentially.

It worked for me. I am still on the list ;)

From reading your post, you are explaining on how to drive more traffic to fusedworld instead of driving traffic to individual websites. Why would I want to place my listing on craigslist with a link pointing to fusedworld?

When I got to the site, all I see our international listings on the homepage, no state listings, which I am sure you have but I would have to look for them. Consumers in the states aren't going to search for listings in the United States on an International site. Also the site tried to upload a template to my computer, another no no.

Not trying to be critical but just pointing out my 2 cents!

I just posted 6 of my listings on FW.

As for craigslist did you paste the web address that fw gives you for each listing in the comments section for craigslist?

First of all, the post was about driving more traffic to a website. I didn't say it was going to be carefully screened US traffic. Second of all, yes, you are driving more traffic to FW, which all this is about. The more traffic you drive to your listing on FW the better you score on FW and your listing will be placed in 'Popular'. People, who visit FW click on popular listings hundredths of times more often than on regular listings. Besides, once you get to the top of the popular list, your traffic increases exponentially, because people tend to click to see why something is so popular. Finally, you are partially right that US customers don't look for real estate on international sites, but they DO search Google looking for homes, and FW's listings pop up in the top, and certainly before any smaller real estate website.

PS. As about Craig’s List, yes, place a link to FW in the body of the description. Basically, the idea is for people to be able to click on it easily, without copying and pasting.

Good luck y'all ;)

Kind of off the topic, but related to web site lead generation, what's up with the "We buy houses" sites? It seems to me they are gonna charge investors for the 'leads' the come in off the net, eh? Are any of them worthwhile, because I'm tired of 'driving for dollars' and 'bulilding my network database." In my mind it seems like a reputable one would be a time saver, but then again....

This sounds like a way to generate more traffic to your site, why wouldn't somebody just post there property on Craigslist...rather than posting a link that points to the property on your site? I wouldn;t advise this... I still don;t understand why you would think an American would go to an international real estate site to view properties in the US.....nice try though.

If a US Realtor or Agent add their site
www.RealtyLinkDirectory.com (http://www.RealtyLinkDirectory.com)

I gauarenty that they get more traffic than joining your site.

And there is no catch on our side, it is free listing and I do the advertising.

Get about 1000 + uniqu visitor per day.

and most of our visitors are from US.

Thanks
