Hi All,

First time here, at the recommendation of Mack McMillan.

Hope to learn a lot about real estate websites and share some of my limited knowledge along the way.

I am a lone realtor and webmaster for my three real estate websites. I am in the process of starting a team right now. I have two buyers agents working under me and am looking for a full time assistant to answer the phone and email, as well as responding to new leads, and handling paperwork (yuck).

Welcome Matt! I've been itching to head out your way and over to Scottsdale to play some golf. I've never played a desert course before - they look beautiful. *Sigh* Maybe next winter.

Hey Matt, where have you been? :(

Hey Charles! I've been selling the cra* out of the Phoenix area! Four new deals this week alone. Wish all weeks were this good!

Boy oh boy, you are everywhere. At least I know someone here now. How's Vegas treating you? Is the market still jumping there? How's your wife handling it? Gosh, last time we talked I was considering hiring BA's, now I have two. Plus a marketing/administrative manager on the way from another state and I'm looking to hire an assistant/secratary.

S.D.R.E., Thanks for the welcome! :D

Golf Guy, You'll need to plan a trip out here and play some of our desert courses, WOW - they are beautiful!!! PS, I know a great realtor out here if you would like a second home... LOL ;)

Things are good. This place is growing so fast its hard to keep up. Glad you got some help. I've been helping a friend of mine launch his new business. He will be designing websites, doing hosting and on site repairs/upgrades. My brother just bought his first house, so I've been visiting him in Cedar City pretty often, plus we are still doing animal rescue and I'm helping one of clients raise money for books. They are teachers at a local school here and can't get any funding for new books for the kids. They went to Walmart to see if they could get some donated. Walmart gave them 25, so they bought the other 175 they needed. All in all, I've been doing the usual :) Glad to hear you are doing well.

Hi and welcome, you will love it here.

Hey Golfguy, if you ever come over to the Uk, try the links course at Hunstanton in Norfolk, there is one fairway where you have to tee off over a well used public footpath, no points per hit though!

The highest recorded temp at the Phoenix Intnl. Airport was 122. The A/C on my one year old STS Cadillac broke that afternoon while on my way home from showing homes. Talk about hot!
