Hey everyone. Here is a little idea for you. Where do you currently send your closing gifts?
Moving forward, I would recommend sending your closing gift to the place of work (preferably the wife if she works). People love the attention and everyone in the office will be asking them who sent the gift? He/She will tell them, my "realtor John Doe". This is a great way to spread your name around the office to several ears, vs nobody at home. Just a thought.
