When it comes to real estate. Some of my old junk pages rank for real estate terms but the quality ones with newer url's don't show up.
Age of a url is a strong factor in Google. If you guys have a domain which has been indexed for about 2 years, chances are you will rank well with a few backlinks simply based on that.
