We are looking for top Agents and Brokers across the country to join our referral network. This network will not only make you money, but also allow you to bring an extra service to your client base.
Dream Properties of America, LLC works with developers and negotiates exclusive deals and incentives to market to Agents/Brokers in our network.
We are able to pay up to 4% (of the net selling price) commissions (this is a referral fee) on some of these deals to the Brokers in our network.
We are also able to do a full presentation in your city of these properties to the Agents/Brokers in your office along with any investor/vacation home clients they would like to bring. This is a value added service you will be able to provide your clients.
Depending on the size of the crowd you can schedule, our presentations may include:
Food
Cocktails & Soda
Professional Entertainment
Professional Presentation
Developer Information Tables
Exclusive Deals on vacation and investment homes
All of this is at no charge to you, it is paid for by Dream Properties of America, LLC and our developers. This is a no pressure environment, just fun, informative, and entertaining.
Our company is also unique as we are not branding our company to the general public, only to you, the agents and Brokers.
These are YOUR clients and we want you to receive all of the credit and recognition you deserve for all of your hard work.
At our presentations, you are free to put up any advertising and banners about you and your brokerage. It is a great way to entertain and spread and advertise your companies message.
It is a great marketing tool for you and a great way to make money on deals outside of your local market.
