Is it a good investment to buy a property in Bulgaria? I was thinking of buying a second home in Bulgaria next summer. Can you recommend me any estate agent? Please share your experience with me.
Thanks in advance

Last summer I bought a house in Kalimanci village through an estate agent called HouseBulgaria. They helped me from our first contact and guided me through the whole buying process - from the choice of the house from their large data base, viewing trips, notary deals, setting up a company etc. The team is very friendly and we did become friends. Visit their web site. You will find very useful information about buying in Bulgaria.

We have some Bulgarian properties on our sites through developers over there.

View the sites listed below, if you can see anything that you are interested in, I can put you in touch directly with our partners.

Check the properties on our site, we also have 2 new developments just released that aren't posted yet.

We only feature select developments on our site but have a huge range of properties available there. We can also assist you with viewing trips and setting up a coproration which has been required to own property there.

Prices in Bulgaria are still very low, and you get a lot for your money.

From an investment standpoint it has probably already seen it's biggest increases in property value, and many of the speculators are now looking else where like Cape Verde, Brazil, slovakia etc.Though there is still plenty of room for growth.

Depending on how much you are planning on using the property we have several developments that come with guaranteed rent returns and give you a limited amount of usage per year. They most often are furnished and have resort services.

Hello,

Look at the site of Dream Bulgarian property LTD. Their agents are friendly honest. The assist with all the paperwork-everything goes smooth with small charges. You can definitely trust them. Most of the biggest agencies put really higher prices and charge you for everything.

Thought it was interesting the other day - we were approached by an agency in Bulgaria that charges clients 50-100 Euros for each property they take them to look at!!!

If you could get away with that in the US, there would be a lot more millionare agents or clients wouldn't waste your time so much
