In CA our contract (PRDS) is 8 pages and I was curious how much this varies state to state.

In Arizona, the standard realtor's real estate purchase contract is 9 pages.

In Montana its 7, but there are lots of additional forms.

Standard agreement of sale with lead based paint addendum 21 pages. The complete offer package (includeding all misc standard forms and waivers is ~50 pages)

The standard purchase agreement that is put out by our local board is 4 pages. We are in Michigan. I've seen them from 1 page to 10 plus.

Our agreement in PA is 10 pages, add the addendum for Lead Paint and it's got a total of 11 pages.
