:confused: Can someone tell me why people are looking and not contacting us. After all this condo is listed at $60,000 BELOW MARKET VALUE!!!

It's funny that we priced the condo for a fast sell because of health reasons and even at a giveaway price people are not contacting us... weird!

It's because most of us on here are either webmasters, real estate agents or mortgage brokers. A few lookers here and there...but mostly professionals.
