Both properties are being sold BELOW market value because the investment company has secured a larger parcel of lots in Carbon Canyon & have decided to focus on developing those 22 homesites. They estimate that there is about $4Million in equity on the land if they choose to market it over the course of about a year. If the investor decides to develop the parcels – they also estimate their return would be at least 4 times their investment.
