Hi,
I'm french, and I'm selling my house in the south of France, near Perpignan.
It's a house of village of more than 140sqm, in the heart of Vingrau, village of less than 500 inhabitants, nested in the "Cirque de Vingrau" and its cliffs, in the
Corbières mountains. It's a beautifull and very quiet place, surrounded by mountain landscapes, but only at about 25 minutes from the mediteranean sea and its beaches...
Only five minutes walking and you're out of the village, in nature...
At the same time the village is only at about 24 km from Perpignan and his airport, wich make about 20 minutes by car.
The house is entirely renovated with visible beams and wall with apparent stones, chimney with insert, large terrace (more than 20sqm)...
