We are starting a new division in JJMOnline called the Credit Transfiguration Program, which deals specifically with HORRIBLE credit borrowers. The program takes approximately 600 days overall, however, it only takes approximately 4 months to get the once uneligible client ready ready to buy a home. Once they are pre-approved, you are immediately notified. Once you get an accepted contract signed, you will be at a closing table no later than 30 calendar days. Once again, this program is not designed for your clients who are eligible. This is specifically for those clients who have already been classified as dead leads. Let Credit Transfiguration ressurrect the lead, which means more money for you.
We are running a BETA test in 2 weeks and need 10 realtors in each state. You can only enroll 10 clients (couples count as 1) at a time. If interested, let me know how many clients you have that are already considered dead. Also, let me know what state you are in. Once I have 10 in each state, that will be it. Thanks in advance!
