New Forum "Ask a REALTOR"

Over the past few months, we have received a large number of posts from Homebuyers and Homesellers looking for real estate information.

To meet this growing need, we have added an "ask a REALTOR" section to the Forum. This is for licensed REALTORS to respond to these many questions and potentially generate business.

As I am not sure how many of our members are "REALTORS", I may change this to "ask a real estate agent" if you all feel that would be more appropriate.

I have attached a poll to get your response.

We would all like to be considered Professionals . It may add a level of comfort to the home seller or buyer.

The term realtor....everyone knows somebody who calls themself a realtor......

I know that many people consider REALTORS as one step above used car salesmen, but I have found that by always following up and not letting the financial aspects of a deal cloud my decision making process, I have almost 100% return businees from clients I have sold in the past.

It is something I am very proud of and the people I work with view me as someone they need anytime they buy or sell real estate.
