Dont have any problem with pagerank as long as the page is indexed by search engine and not to very crowded.
I will be adding an entry for each exchange on my PR4 Blog (http://www.brushdelux.com/) and insert your text link within the content. Hence, you will be getting a contextual link on this link trade. :)
