I would like to ask that all members of the forum send one email to someone they know that is a real estate agent with a link to this site and ask them to register. If we all do this and each one of the new members does this before long we will have the top real estate forum on the internet.

This will benefit all of us greatly. The more members we have the more advice that we all can receive and offer. This forum was design for all of us to benefit from eachothers area of knowledge in relation to our own experiences.

That was my first thought, too. Although I believe in my new office there are going to be more that might be interested. Will give me a reason to network & meet some of these agents. This is a local office with 10 different locations so there are many agents.

You guys can also mention http://www.realestateforum.com ... the easier url to remember. It is one click away from this forum but other than me and the super mods, I don't think too many will be able to remember the real url to this forum (that is why we bought the domain realestateforum.com ).

I know I have been promising it for a long time but finally we will boost things up big time.

You are correct on a number of different levels

By increasing the number of members, there is more activity which the search engine likes to see. The more the activity, the higher in the search engines. Also, with more members, more people will link to the site and again...the search engines like this.
By increasing the number of realtors and by participating in the forums, it gives you a good base for referrals when a customer of yours is moving. By doing referrals through the forum, you can eliminate the middleman and keep the whole referral fee.
Lastly, More members equals more ideas and more sharing of new ideas that people have tried either sucessfully or unsuccessfully.
So, always try to refer other Real Estate agents to the Forum. You can only benefit from having more members.
