I am English but would like to invest in the US, does anybody know what i need to do to do this?

First. Where do you live? England or the USA
Second. What City in the USA do you want to buy this property.
Third. Is it Commercial or Residential that you want.

Most people from other country's who buy realestate in the USA are concidered Resident aliens or Non-Resident aliens. Most have a good explanation for wanting to purchase land. (You work and live in the USA or you do lots of business in the USA and need to have residence while commuting back and forth from your home country). But, yes, you can buy Realestate in the USA.
