I get a prompt to update my MSN instant messenger, which I went ahead and did. So what is this update about? Nothing to do with messenger. MSN changed my HP to MSN and made it really hard for me to change it back and also made MSN my default search engine and added their new toolbar LOL. How did I know that this was going to happen. Google better watch out with that kind of power.

G better be nice to the SEO and webmasters because they are the ones that originally hyped up Google into what it has become. My money is that MSN will be number one sometime soon.

I totally agree, the timing is so right for a new search engine to rise and microsoft can definitely do it. it will take some time though, people still go to Google instinctively

They won't get there if they don't stop with the dirty little tricks. They just priming themselves to get sued (again).

yeh they are always riding a hard line. I think that his all or nothing attitude has made him what he is now but then again, there are so many players out there now.

You have to remeber most of the public, I would say over 80% of them dont have a clue if they update what happen. We all have a little knowledge that the average person does not. As far as being sued, there is nothing anyone could do about that anyway. I personally like it. I think it shows that MSN is going to be very aggressive which means trouble for all the other SEs...hint hint google.

Bill will never play second to anyone, much less google. We all just need to sit back and enjoy the ride.

I was just going to say, the majority is not aware like us, they click and let things happen. MSN is always going all the way ... i think they just get a kick out of testing their limits as well
