Question about added pool

Hi all,
We've bought a home in August of last year, then added a pool few month later.
We'd like to know when do we need to report to the county appraiser? What will happen if we do/don't?

If permits were required you they already know....

You do not report anything here to the appraiser - all assessements are from premits and just scheduled - not sure about your area.... but you most likely do not need to do anything.

We've received the purposed tax bill for this year, but it was not added yet! We might have to call the appraiser office to check. problem is the phone line always busy or no answer!

I haven't seen a pool raise taxes unless you tell the county.. that's been my experience. You can always cite reduced values.. :)
