Hi,

We have over 160+ high quality real estate websites with lots of quality content and are offering the opportunity to purchase direct home page, one-way text links on our network of sites.

One-way links are more powerful in the eyes of Google because it cuts down on the ratio of incoming and outgoing links on your site. This makes building link popularity much easier because you have to do less to get more out of the links.

You will find that our prices are very competitive especially when buying a package of multiple links. If you want to pay the year up front I can give you a 10% discount on the prices below.

One Site: PR 4 Direct home page text link: $30 per month or $350 per year.

10 sites: PR 4 Direct home page text links: $100 per month or $1200 per year.

120 sites: Various PR, Direct home page text links: $417 per month or $5000 per year.

According to Matt Cutts at Google, G has the ability to determine link types including reciprocal, 3-way, and paid links and adjust the algorithm weight of those links accordingly.

What steps have you taken to mitigate the chance that Google will uncover these paid links? Do you advertise these sites on other web pages? Are these straight text links or javascript links? Is there placement automated or manual? Is there a tracking code associated with these links?

One more thing - anyone who is purchasing links for PR purposes is playing Russian roulette. The only time I suggest that anyone consider purchasing links is if those links will bring traffic to your web site (i.e. from a local tourism web site, local newspaper site, etc.).

This suggestion also includes paying to be in any type of directory. I have tries paid directory placement - even premuim placement - in some of the top real estate directories and they brought very little traffic. There are plenty of good, free directories out there if you are looking to build links.

Thanks! I'm new to this and you just confirmed my gut feeling about paying for links. It seems like such a rip-off. I'm just going to focud on content and get free links where I can.
