Looking for a Weekend Getaway

That makes two of us, I could handle viewing a little real estate and baking in the sun. Maybe we can get us a real estate agent from Hawaii to register and fill us all in on the vacation rentals and share with us how that real estate market is going.

Las Vegas, seems to me that I sense a tax deductible "business trip" in your post. If so, well then I'm on board :D lol. Despite the long flight from NY, a Hawaii trip is a must for me almost every year. Sun, sand, fruity tropical drinks and cute Hawaiian and Japanese girls never fail to recharge my batteries ;)

On a business note, I hear those "condotel" conversions are very hot there now, especially in the Waikiki area. Read an article in the Honolulu Advertiser about people practically doubling their investment within months of closing.
