Greetings,

Looking for input on our current layout of HBOCAT dotcom. We are about to go live and would appreciate feedback from those with oppinions. By the way, real estate is really slow here right now. How is it out there? I need 15 points for linking?

Attn Listing agents...if this advertisement offends you, please give me a point. Go to hbocat dotcom and do the following to see advertisment at the bottom of the page.

hbocat.com -> print ads -> listing agent vs hbocat.com

Cheers,

You have a great site. Beautiful. We are in the process of redesigning our site (it is almost a year old).

I do think your signs are a little busy--only in comparison to your site, which has a very elegant, simple feel to it.

I went through the process of listing my home (just to see how it works). Nice. I obviously didn't follow through with the checkout. Do you plan on being the middleman for photos, or at some point will you let sellers manage their own photos? I'd like to see what a listing looks like with multiple photos.

Check out listing number 1001 (type it in on the home page at the top).
That property features about 8 photos and layout of content. We provided the link to realtor com for viewing of their flat fee mls. Also circle pix did a great job with the virtual tour. Mortgage calc, brochures, school info, slide show, etc.

Also, I was worried when I saw owners com with their pricing. Funny to say, but I was driving around observing FSBO signs, I had to be less than 5 feet away to read that the home had an online presence on owners com. Pretty bad for those that want to see the home online.
