I am following the real estate earlier this year massive increases in prices in SLC area. There seems to be no shortage of building and I am noticing there is softening and want to know if anyone has ideas when it come back down like rest of country is doing ?

Utah market has stayed strong...in fact Richmond American is starting new land acquistions again....havn't seen much of price decrease....500+ aren't moving too quickly but time will tell....
