It seems the pre sales of the condos for the Cosmopolitan have been a huge success. However there are a couple of questions that do stick out in my mind. These condos are going to be developed behind what most would consider an eye sore called the Jockey Club.
It has been relayed to me that the Jockey Club refused to sell out to the developer of the Cosmopolitan. Also it would seem that the front of the cosmopolitan will be right at the backend of the Jockey Club. Now as an investor or buyer of the Cosmopolitan could this in the future if the Jockey Club does not sellout cause a major problem with values of this Luxury condo development. Anyone in Las Vegas have another opinion on this.
