Citizens Financial Mortgage is a licensed broker in 14 states and have just recently sent in an application to become federally chartered. We also have a title company, a real estate company and an appraisal company. We have just recently become correspondent lenders within the last six months. At the current time I am looking for loan officers that would like to work from home. I do not spoon feed leads to my lo's, but in return I do give them two commission split options, one at 50% and the other at 85%. If you have a solid pipeline developed we are made for each other. If you depend on someone to spoon feed leads stick with whoever you are with.
