Red X Software? Anyone tried this?

I have been investigating purchasing this software called Red X. They basically give you a spreadsheet of all expired listings with owner contact info and run it all against the Do Not Call list. it's not cheep so I wanted to know if anyone else has used this software and what their experience was?

Interesting idea however, that brings about another question. How soon after the listing is expired do you get this information? Most agents will be contacting this people a day or so after the listing has expired. If the information is not current and avialable the day the listing expires, how much value does it have?

Why not just set your MLS to notify you on expireds, then check them against the list?
