AZ - List a Home while w/another Firm?

Hello everyone. My question may be Arizona specific, but here goes: Can I list a home for sale under Exclusive Right to Sell while it is being listed for rent with another firm?

I don't see any problem with using the two different firms if your rental agreement allows this. I had a rental in AZ and in my rental agreement there was a clause that said if I didn't use their office to sell my rental that I still owed them a 6% commission. So I would make sure that you read your rental agreement carefully.

I am doing it now, and my agent is well aware of it.. I already had an agreement with one company to rent my home so the fact that it's for sale or rent doesn't change that. :) The homes are in AZ..

I don't know how much the renter is going to like that, double move in all. Just don't get yourself in a deposit situation or verbal agreement that could conflict with availability. Alot of it is as the previous mentioned, see the contract of the rental agreement. and check the RPA no conflict? Should be fine.
