I am in a process of making a template for Realtors which would have the followinf features.
1. Home Page
2. Testimonials
3. Sold Homes History.
4. Current Listing.
5. Realty News
6. Mortgage Calculator
7. School Information
8. Useful links of Portland
9. Realty Glossary
This template would be useful for the realtors to have their own self managed site. Example - If you want to post pictures on your site, the site would be helpful. I am currently doing this for Portland Realtors. I am actually offering this Website Code/Maintenance & Hosting.
I would customize the website according to his/her needs.
I am charging $20/Month for this. If anyone is interested.
