I visited your website. I have several suggestions/comments.

First of all, the entire home page looks like it has been cluttered all together.
You need to make it more simple looking and NOT cluttered together.

Second, I don't like the type of green you've used where it says, "Sales, Rentals and etc." I'd go with a little color(But not to light).

Third, the site load time was slow and I don't use dialup. Don't need pictures/graphics all on one page.
