Welcome aboard to be.
Can’t help you on the test, but best of luck to you.
I will say really study your terminology. You can’t answer any question if you don’t know what they are asking. And when testing, don’t assume you know the question. Read it thoroughly. Slight variations on a question change the answer completely.
I am licensed in Nevada, and hold a Brokers license in Missouri, and you can not over prepare.
BTW – San Diego Real Estate (http://www.national-real-estate-directory.com/real-estate-forum/member.php?find=lastposter&f=9) is going to be adding some Buyer’s Agents soon. You may want to contact him if you are not already committed.

Yeh, I am told. Most of my clients are real estate guys most of which are in San Diego :)
I don't do real estate but my partner used to work for one of the " mass real estate template web site " companies so believe me: I hear about Real Estate all the time ;)

You can not over prepare... I personally used Web exam, Video Training and the Pre Test Class! Looking back the main reason l passed was because I made sure I was prepared...So my three main suggestions or words of advice are to Study, Study and Study more! Make sure you feel confident going in and you will do fine! Good luck! and once again Welcome to the Forum to be! ;)

the following are essential to the creation of an ''agency'' relationship, except:
A)a licensed real estate broker and a licensed insurance broker.
B)A licensed real estate broker and a licensed real estate salesperson
C)a licensed real estate broker and another licensed real estate broker.
D)none of the above.
let me give u the answer also the answer is D. and it is saying that ''the law does not prohibit a partnership between a broker and any other person includind a salesperson......''i already know this but i thought the law permits a partnership between a broker and another broker. i mean why two broker couldnt be partners... :) thanks for answer from now.

To be there are two different licenses one is a Sales Person and one is a Brokers! I’m not sure if that answers your question! However, one thing that I do remember when I took the test if one of the choices was None of the above most of the time that is the correct answer! FYI (Not sure if it is the same now) Good luck! ;)

to be...I think they are referring to "Agency Relationships" with clients like buyers agents and sellers agents the Agency of Record! Brokers to the Best of my knowledge can be Partners!
Also, I will be looking for Buyers Agents...in the future...

Sounds good...our Chula Vista office is located at 590 Third Avenue...Unless things have changed you will need to wait until you recieve your license...I would go to the DRE website and inquire to that and the wait time! It was about 60 days at one time! I think its better now! ;)

I would recomend taking the two day intense crash course just before the test. If you have been studying then it will help tie everything together.
