Hi there,
Just thought I'd introduce my self with a tutorial to how to optimize your real estate website.
agent-server.com/how-to-seo.html
Note: Looks like I can't post a link to a URL until I've made 15 posts so just type or copy the above into your browser :)
The tutorial talks about everything from selecting a company to design your website to keyword research.
Let me know what you think.

Promotional word in url like (Top, Best, No1) can hurt search engine ranking especially google ranking nowadays.

Where did you get that information? I have never heard that before and I do not think it is true, I see alot of site that rank for keywords with word best in their keywords. Granted it my not look very good and is a little tacky to do so but I do not think that has any affect on rankings.

Dont believe everything that you read or hear (if you heard properly).
I love hearing these funny comments that people are told, great !
I might start a site "101 things you were told about SEO". !!!

there's always a better technique in optimizing your site especially if it is for a real estate. I may say avoid using the terms TOP because it can harm your site.
