I am building a new site featuring css/xhtml web development. The main focus will be on web development for realty sites and non-profit organizations. Most of the services for non-profits will be free for South Florida non-profits. This project was prompted by my son who is also a css advocate and enthusiast. We thought about using one of my existing sites but then decided on starting fresh with a new name: CssDesignMagic.com. Hopefully, we will officially launch it in early March.

It has always been harder for me to complete my own sites so I thought about swapping things that I do well like css web sites for things that I do not do so well or procrastinate over.

Here is what I am looking for:

1. An original design concept that reflects the theme CSS Design Magic

2. Content re=writing for several pages. I have the content but would like to have it professionally re-written for this web site

3. Search engine optimization

4. Template raffle. If you don't wish to swap any of the above but still would like a free template then provide me a link from your existing website and I will enter you in the raffle and provide a link back to your site.

5. Suggest something else.

What you will get in return.

A professional handcrafted css/xhtml web site from your design, your present site or one of my own designs. The template structure will be pure css/xhtml and will be tableless. Because SEO is a huge benefit for any website, the template code will be optimized for search engines by using:

a. current web standards as recommended by w3c.org
b. text driven navigation
c. proper positioning for key page elements
d. cross-browser validation
e. css and xhtml validation

All the benefits of css/xhtml
