I am a Realtor who is currently working with a larger developer of the South Shore Chicagoland area. The company I represent specializes in condo conversion rehabs ranging anywhere from 6 flats up to 100+ Unit high rises. They are currently seeking to expand their company and take on more projects to accomodate the demand of the rapidly improving south shore area. If anyone has any potential opportunities feel free to let me know and if they meet the criteria I will present them to my buyer.
