I recently purchased a property and was told they have people waiting in line to get in these new homes built in the first phase through a credit repair program. They said it was a turn key operation and to hurry fast and put down 3,000 to hold the lot non refundable.

Two months later there are no buyers or people wanting to lease. I feel taken advantage of, is there any legal recourse for fruad?
