Which job should I take?

I am currently enrolled in school and looking forward to receiving my license. I have however been offered 3 different jobs in 3 different fields of the industry. One is a receptionist for an up and coming agency which will have openings within a few months. The second is a loan officer's assistant which is also looking for people to train up through the company. The third is a corporate contractor's sales assistant. The pay for all three varies but that is not really what I am worried about I want to learn as much as I can. I have no idea which will give me the more valuable experience or even which field that I would enjoy more. Any input is greatly valued. Thank you

You decided to get your real estate license for a reason, what was it?

From there you should be able to figure out which position to take if any. If it was me none of those jobs sound attractive, but I got my license so I could have a business not a job.

Thank you both for your help. To answer your question my long term goal is to do nothing invest and collect rent or profit from selling the houses I used to rent. I found a mortgage broker that specializes in training and teaching newbies and he says that he will take me as soon as I get my license which shouldnt take to long. So in the mean time I am going to go to class and learn as much as I can.

I think you will find pretty quickly that owning properties that you rent out will not qualify as "doing nothing." You'll be pretty busy if you get enough of them.

Couldn't say that any better. Why is it that everyone thinks real estate is easy, selling, renting, flipping, or other it is hard work and it's a business. If you go into this thinking it will be easy then you will find yourself broke very quickly.

I didnt mean do nothing while im renting selling and what not I ment that everyone for the most part wants to be able to retire in comfort as soon as possible. I want to bust my *** as soon as possible and work and get the most return so that I can achieve that goal as soon as possible. I do appreciate your critizim, and realize what I wrote did sound pompish. I appreciate that realestate is hard work. I do however realize that the harder and smarter you work the greater the reward which is why I have chosen this industry over the 9 to 5 cubical.

I did mortgage lending for nine years before I got my License. I think this is what help me past all my classes and test with flying colors. Now when
buyers come to my office for a loan and they dont have a Realtor. Yea! you know were I'm going with this. People who do well in Lending have good personalities. You will be amazed at how much business you'll get over the guy who's training you.
Plus, when you get to the closing table you wont have that "deer in the head lights look" that most realtors have when the HUD is being past out.

I am a senior in high school, and I really want to go into real estate, or something like a loan officer or something with innsurance. I keep thinking and thinking about real estate. People make it sound like I wont make any money at it. So if you could tell me what college and program, how long..ect, that would be great, thanks.
