Sorry for all the questions i just need a litlle direction. I was wondering if anyone here has or does work with wholesale homebuyers or house flippers through buyers agency or whatever and if it is worth the time and effort for someone that is new to real estate. Once again thank you for your responses.

My experience with wholesale flippers has been mixed. Some can be really demanding and good clients and others can be really demanding and bad clients. Usually a wholesale flipper is bottom feeding for a bad situation to capitalize on which can sometimes make for a difficult transaction to complete especially if the wholesale flipper is coming in with short sale strategies or buying a home from foreclosure. Not sure if that helps.

Working with investors in general can be a mixed bag. These are people that don't have to buy a house. They want to buy a house but also want a great deal.

I've made a concentrated effort to market to investors and am finally seeing a little pay off.

The key is to make sure that they respect your time. You can't drop everything to go show them 50 houses every week. I try to make sure that they have at least driven by the houses before showing them. If I do show them homes I try to get them all in on one day rather then a few here and there. It is not hard to tell the serious investor from the tire kicker.
