What is your typical turnover on lenders/mortgage brokers in a given year?
How many do you tend to use at any given time?

I guess as a mortgage professional that recently has come to the realestate forum to share and exchange in ideas - I have the same questions. What is the turnover on lenders or loan officers realtors work with, how many lenders do you work with at any given time, and what does a realtor really look for in a loan officer that makes the difference between working with that person or not.
