You guys need to read about linkspam on searchengineidiot.com. Just that home page, just the linkspam article. Open up a new window, first. Copy and paste the URL (since that link isn't live). Come back here immediately.

Converse.

Or you could type "real estate linkspam" into Google and look at the second entry in the results.

This is not spam. I want you to read the article, come back here, and talk about what is wrong in the posts above.

Usually Google dishes out a Page Rank visible from the Google Foolbar. It's more often wrong than right and isn't really worth looking into as, for the most part, has no bearing on your ranking.
