What is the all around consensus on Zillow.com. For you pro's do you find the info to b somewhat accurate. It's a very cool site. I am curious if anyone would have the time to explain their process of doing a CMA. In the course I took they only explained what it was not really the average agent's process nor the way to access this info.

The info isn't close to accurate on Zillow.

Doing a CMA, there is no way to just tell you how to do it online IMO. You need to find someone that knows what they are doing and ask them to help you.

That's exactly what I figured about Zillow. My broker said the exact same thing.

I figured as much on the CMA but wanted to see if anyone maybe had some prewritten material describing it further detail.

This is copied from my listing material left with sellers.

You may have heard about a few new websites that will give you a Comparative Markey Analysis, some of them are a lot of fun to play with and they can have some interesting material available on them. If you visit these sites and have questions feel free to compare their information to the market today and call or email me. The details and information in the CMA I created for you is current as of the day it was printed. Many of these sites are years behind with sales and even streets. I am always available to answer your questions and will sit in front of the computer and explain any of this to you. IF YOU GO TO THESE SITES, YOU WILL SEE WHY YOU WERE SMART TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL TO GET THE JOB DONE.
