I have a website at w ww.re-map.com that allows you to filter through virtually every city across America to find hot real estate markets by indicators such as appreciating price and or volume of sales. You can look at graphs that show you how much the property values of the areas you are interested in are going up and see an indicator that indicates the predicted trend for that area.
Right now we are offering free registration and use of our website so that interested individuals can look through the website to see how it works and get back to us with helpful advice on how to make it more user friendly or attractive. Please give us your feedback.
