View Full Version : 2 steps for real leads
We all have spent years trying different lead generation tools like, guest books, school info links, dremahomefinders, ect. I have found that connecting search engine traffic looking for real estate directly to an easy to use mls function is the way to go. People are looking for homes in picture format so give them homes and you will get quality emails at there conveinence. No tire kickers freinds.
peace..

Is there a IDX that you suggest other than Sandicor or Tempo? I would like to have one where they can set up their own profile and get Auto alerts! If they register by giving you their e-mail then they can get the addresses!
Yeah,
Mls wizard is the best one i know of for san diego county, it gives the consumer access to all of the listings, however they have to become a vip member (aka put in their info in order to get more info like, more pictures, address's and so on. ) also after filling out the form, the idx system automatically email's them listings in the criteria that they were searching for.
hands down the best idx function.

Agreed!
Besides - if your site ranks well for city name + mls it's an easier way to make $$$ through reciprocity.
With the NAR reporting that 3 out of every 4 home buyers use the internet to find a home, incorporating the MLS and an SEO program targeting MLS is definitely the way to go.

HHI Golf Guy,
Whom are you using for IDX conversion? If you don't mind me asking! ;)

I go with whatever is offered by the realtor association in the client's area. My clients are usually more at ease with this relationship for a few reasons. First, they already know the folks running the association. Second, the agents and their assistants are usually offered local classes on how to get the most out of the MLS, as well as info on any updates to the system (especially the back end side of MLS).
It's nice for them to have someone local and in-person to deal with, rather than a support person over the phone.
It also helps me - the only support issues I have to worry about are if the agent site suddenly loses connection with the IDX solution. If I went with a third party, more than likely I would be the tech support intermediary (especially for the agent entry side of the package).

I had always used them in the past but have heard tremendous things about other providers and was curious if you had used any of these?

Our Tempo system kinda bites. It has issues with some versions of Norton, so I get complaints that some visitors can not load the page correctly and therefore can not search from my site. Even some agents with subscriptions can not log into Tempo without first disabling their Norton.
I too would love a system that allows the user to set up their own search and get emailed automatically. Right now I have to do it manually for them after they fill out a "dream Home Finder" form on my site. Then tempo will email every morning, but I have to set it up. Yuck.
Any Arizona solutions that I could check out?
Anyone had any experience with Ki[[er IDX? They charge a lot and no auto search emails, but it is a super simple search for a website visitor.
