Hello,

I just gave our website an overhaul and started advertising with Yahoo! Search Marketing [Overture] and Google AdWords. We're going to start running regional ads in the Wall Street Journal next week.

I'm looking for better ways to reach our target audience - experienced real estate developers and builders who need funding for "ready-to-go" projects - primarily residential communities. Aside from my preliminary marketing efforts, what are some better methods and resources?

Perhaps there are online classifieds? Real Estate Developer forums? Brokers who match developers with the money? I have had modest success so far but I know I've barely scratched the surface. "Real estate" is such a broad field that I need help targeting my message to the right people.

Thanks in advance!!

I do think that when working with referral partners like builders, developers, and brokers that generally you have more impact if you can market yourself with a team and as a better service provider than the competition. Real estate success is all about systems and the productive habits your perform on a daily basis.

I'm a mortgage planner that's been here on the forum looking to get feedback from real estate agents and brokers on how loan officers can be better service providers to their realtors and engage in better team business. Do you have any suggestions.
