I just deleted my comment because I went back to the site and only then realized that you have a NAV bar. I didn't see it the first time through. Therefore that would be the first thing I would look at. The Nav Bar doesn't look like a nav bar.
Second, It looks like you have about 3 pages of content and the rest are links. If you are looking at generating organic traffic from this website, you need the information on your website, not outgoing links. IN addition, you have too many outgoing links.
Lastly, you have no focused tags.
The best thing about your website from an SEO perspective is that you have a blog.
Thats a quick summary. Hope it is not too brutal.

What do you mean by "focused tags?"
Good feed back. Thanks

You don't have proper title tags and H1, H2 and H3 tags.

What's up with the hidden text at the bottom of the home page?
"Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Lithia, Seffner, Fishhawk Ranch, Osprey Run, real estate, homes, condos, sales, for sale, realty, realtor, top realtor in tampa, best realtor, best real estate, remax, top producer, best deal, guaranteed, free, mls, view the mls, mls listings, real estate home sales, tampa real estate, brandon real estate, real estate market, tampa deals, top realtor, experience, townhome sales, condominium, Florida, FL, quick"
I agree about the nav bar. I missed it the first time, too. Don't forget to have a title tag on each of your pages...there are a few pages with no titles. Titles are what most search engines see as most important.
You also have missing alt tags on your nav bar jpegs. Since you have your alt tags on other images, I assume you know what they are and why they are used.
I would also wonder why you are using jpeg format on everything rather than gifs. Jpegs are great for pictures and stuff, but gifs will reduce the size of your site; therefore making it easier to load for those with slower connections.
My other question would be why have the blog on your homepage? I love the fact that you do have a blog, but I think it distracts me from finding good info about you and your business.
Good luck!!

Hidden Text is an OLD Black Hat SEO tactic where you make the text the same color as the background. The Search Engines are not geared to find these and as a result, when they find it, not if, they will ban you from the search engines.

3 potential problems.
First as several people have commented already is the obsure navigation.
Second, there is a major disconnect between the colors and your name "Team Greene." Most users will only notice it subconsciously, but it will still be an irratant to them.
Lastly, the link to the mls which is prominant pushes the user to the remax site and away from your own site.

I like a lot of what you have to say.... there is no sugar coating that is for sure. It appears to me that you are trying to attract the miltary man from the stance you take. I say that because we are a military family and now the kids follow in that tradition.... most of the sales the kids bring home are strong like your page. You might soften some of it up so that you do not scare the meek away.
I agree with the previous comments about the navigation - and creating your own pages behind not going to the company.
The Red White and Blue is nice... but...when I was in school we were taught that red text makes people angery - It should only be used for highlighting - not sure if that is what the "experts" still say because I have aged a lot since then.
I am guessing also that you are miltary - the straight faced smile gives it away - next time you do photos try and think about being approachable and not so serious. This business is pretty darn stressful and serious.... have a little fun with it.
Good luck,
