Hey guys,
I'm currently using Frontpage XP/2003.
I'm wondering how to make it so that when you click a link, it opens within a frame that is still on your same website and it never actually leaves your website.
Thanks in advance,
Branden Roden

I know this isn't what you're asking but I've found in the past that frames can severely hurt a site's pagerank in the major search engines. You might want to consider a different design so you don't hurt your results before you even launch.
Just my $0.02.

ChrisF79 is correct -- using Frames will actually hurt you in SE rankings ... there are various methods you can use to accomplish what you're trying to do without using Frames.

It's not the <frame> tag that hurts SE rankings. It's when frames are not coded properly and search engines cannot follow the frames properly that inhibits rankings. I say inhibit rather than "hurt" because if the SE cannot follow the frame they cannot find and index the content within the frame.
With that said, frames are old school and there are better ways to present information.
There are some cases where we need to use a framed solution for our clients, but we usually use <iframe> instread. For example, take a look at this Main Line real estate community reports (http://www.mainlinejohn.com/reports.asp) page.
Our client uses 3rd party reports for community information and we place those within an <iframe>. The links above pull up location specific reports within the target frame or the user can manually type information into the framed report.

I may not be a good idea to use frames in your web pages. you may want to open another page when clicking on the page.
