First of all. They are on a subdomain. If they are using alot of subdomains, find out what are on the other subdomains. Are they interconnected with other sites on the server or independant.
Also, check out the who is in regard to the domain. Usually cheap hosting is associated with a new company and if they are a new company, they may not have all there ducks in a row. In the end, a couple of extra dollars is cheaper than a server that is only up 80% of the time.
Just my two cents.

they say it is a very new company only been open a few weeks, and they havn't got round to getting a domain yet, and ill ask them about the sub domains, they also say there servers are 99% uptime, and the prices are really cheap because they are a new hosting company yes and they need to get customers thats the only reason they say its not becuase there servers are bad itws jsut to make the prices look attractive

Getting a domain takes all of 5 minutes. It sounds and looks like they are simply a reseller.

It also looks like they have disappeared!

Beware the fly-by-night reseller host.

Even if you pay a little more, it's wise to choose a host which you know something about it. Consider that you'll invest time and money to get some good rankings for search engines and you wouldn't like to loose them because of the hosting. Choose which one you want, but make sure it's a serious one.

looks like the platform has problems too - http://www.dedicatednet.co.uk/ went from 67 clients to under 50 clients over the past month and the sub-account Matt refers to no longer exists - don't think that's a good choice Matt
look at http://site5.com - reasonable rates and excellent capacities

I'm a godaddy cheerleader. The sheer reliability is worth the money. I host 6 sites with them and they treat me as if it was 6,000. No down time, fast customer service, and their boxes aren't overloaded like other web hosts.

I have a very good experience hosting (over 50+ sites) with Pair dot com. I'm very cautious about usability and search engine issues when it comes to using shared IP. But with Pair I get unique IP, no sharing and their price is affordable.
