Ok guys since...I need help!

Keywords are the prime factor in optimization and since there could be lot of keywords for a webpage!

What is correct proportion of keyword density and keyword frequency for optimizing a webpage optimum?

And is there any truth to having the keywords in the top of the page?

Gee too general of a question and I'm out of time today. Your market is very competitive so it will be a little harder. It's based on many variables. Start out by searching for keywords you think your customers would use. Run them through Google or word tracker. In Google look at the source code of the folks on top of the list for their Keywords and the number of sites listed. That will get you started on your research. there are lots of programs to help you along. I can tell you about them next week or maybe this weekend gotta go now. Till then be careful! Overdoing it in weight and placement of keywords can get you banned for spam. Ideal start with about three to four phrases at the most. Have them in Title, a heading # one, a highlight word in body, a link an alt tag and top and bottom of page in natural form. (A flowing sentence or what have you.

If you want a short answer to your questions...

I keep my keyword density between 3-5% to play it on the safe side.

There is relevance to having keywords at the top of your page. Spiders read webpages just like we would: top to bottom and left to right. Another thing you might consider looking at is a Google cached snapshot of your page (without the images). That will tell you how you page looks from a spider's eyes.

To see your cached snapshot, type in your url into Google and click the Cached link.

In general correct. However, Google does not use the page description to determine rankings. It is only used in the except text found with your URL in the search results.

If that helps, I use IBP for that and the software tells where and how much is right or wrong. I do think a free demo is available, at least to be on track...
