My name is Chico and I am starting a website that is geared toward the Apartment Managers and Students in my town. My website is due to go live August 1, 2006.

I'm currently compiling an e-book for apartment managers on tips and ideas on how to decrease vacancy rates and increase retention in a changing market such as a college town. Could you take a few moments to write down some of your best tips and ideas? This would greatly help me as well as them. Please only submit content that you own the intellectual property rights to (e.g., copyrights,
trademarks, patents, etc.).
