Would anyone be interested in helping develop an "easy-to-use" link management application. One of the main problems agents have with link directories is in the difficulty of displaying the links on their site.
What I have in mind is an easy way to add and display link resources to your web site. Here is what I have so far: http://www.realtyvisions.com/states/ The way it works is you only put actual state pages when you have links. Until then you can have any message for states without links and the state page is generated dynamically. I hope to tie this into a backend database to hold the links with the option of have the state pages remain static. An extension of this would be having flexibilty to limit the pages to x number of links. When x number is reached a second page for the state is created and so on.
