Hey all just stopping in to say Hi! JimJ told me about you and yes Jim I signed up under you so there is one for you.

Looking forward to chatting and sharing ideas. I just purchased a bunch of new software I'm real excited about trying out. I'll keep everyone posted on what works and what doesn't.

This is a place where we all share ideas, what helps one of us will hopefully help us all. There is enough business in the real estate industry that we dont need to have secrets. I hope we all will benefit from eachothers areas of experience.

I agree about real estate, however there are only ten spots on the first page of the SERPS so we can't be publically sharing all our secrets ! :p
