Hello -

Since i should be getting my license soon i was wondering, i've found this company in my area that covers alot of expenses marketing, fliers, buisiness cards, etc, as well as give you a client base which are free client leads monthly and i was wondering does this sound like a good company to work for? All over their website it says spend more time focusing on selling than prospecting and they even have agent testimonials and new as well as senior agents seem to say its alot better than when they used to work for a traditional company.

Nothing is free. You will just have a lower split and/or other fees that will make up for the "free" stuff.

You have to interview multiple offices to find one that will best fit your needs. As a new agent you need an office that has a lot of quality training...make sure to check out a Keller Williams office. Good luck with everything and feel free to e-mail me if you need info on the closest KW office.
