Can anyone advise a good CSS layout administration tool to design pages with CSS?

I have heard that Dreamweaver MX 2004 handles CSS well.
I use notepad and then verify the look of the page by viewing it in various browsers (Firefox, IE, Netscape, Mozilla, and Opera).
When I was first trying to learn CSS it gave me some headaches. But then I went to CSS Zen Garden (http://www.csszengarden.com/) and studied their tecniques. What's great about this site is that most of the CSS files contain notes on the techniques that they used.

Take a look at Layout Master. The url is http://www.westciv.com/layout_master/. I believe they have a 30 day trial. I tried it awhile back but I found notetab pro easier for me.

The Style Master (http://www.westciv.com/) is pretty good. They just released their beta version to previous uses. So far - it is great!

This stylemaster looks like the type of package I'm looking for, I'll give it a go tonight.
Thanks.
