I am a full-time college student and I have stumbled across a program that offers to teach real-estate wholesale (and claims anyone can do it).

I have been doing some research on realestate wholesale and I was considering it, however I am still skeptical.

How EXACTLY does it work?

Has anyone had success with it?

Can you really make a profit without risking money?

Does it require full time effort? Any help would be appreciated!

A quote from the website i was looking at: "By giving distressed homeowners $10 you legally secure a contract to direct the sale of their home, solve their problem, and successfully complete a wholesale. Your fee for doing this is $10,000 or more."

Making money at Real Estate is not easy-- ( or any other way)
While there are many way to be creative in this business it will still take knowledge of your market, Selling skills, and lots of customer care to suceed at real estate. Not real sure what your program is but I would not think it so easy.

Think about it for a moment. What is a real estate wholesaler? Have you ever heard of one before? I haven't.

Yep $10 is going to solve someones financial problems.

So how much money do they want for their "system"?

I wouldn't buy into this program. You COULD do it if you knew the right people. You're going to need some capital of course, I don't think you can do it without. You're most likely going to need an investor though to finance it which will be a little more difficult to find.
